Dear Guests!

The staff of Pole Position Beach Hotel will do everything to ensure that your stay and relaxation at our hotel meets your expectations in every respect. Therefore, we kindly ask you to acknowledge and comply with the following regulations upon booking a room.

Conduct in the Hotel

  • Please respect the peace and comfort of other guests and avoid making excessive noise. Pay particular attention to maintaining a quiet atmosphere between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • Hotel staff are authorized to warn guests who are disruptive and/or noisy.
  • The first warning is free of charge.
  • From the second warning, the hotel will charge a fee of 5,000 HUF per warning to the guest’s room account.
  • After the third warning, the hotel reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect and expel the guest from the hotel without any refund or compensation.
  • The hotel disclaims liability for any harm caused by one guest’s behavior to another guest.
  • Rooms may be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are only possible depending on availability and must be arranged in advance at Reception.
  • A late check-out fee of 10,000 HUF applies, which allows the room to be occupied until 3:00 PM. If the room is not vacated by this time, the hotel may charge for an additional night.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on hotel premises.
  • Smoking and the use of devices that imitate smoking are strictly prohibited in guest rooms. Violations may result in a damage fee of 100 EUR charged to the registered guest(s).
  • Removing furniture or equipment from the rooms or the hotel is strictly prohibited. Hotel equipment must be used properly. In case of damage, the person responsible or their legal representative must compensate for the damage.
  • Proper attire is required throughout the hotel.
  • Entry to the restaurant is not allowed in wet swimwear or inappropriate clothing.
  • Children may not use the elevator without adult supervision.
  • The hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect if the guest misuses the room or other hotel facilities, or fails to follow safety or behavioral regulations.

Security

  • For safety and security reasons, the hotel operates a video surveillance system in public areas.
  • The hotel assumes no liability for belongings left in common areas.
  • In guest rooms, luggage and valuables are covered to the extent required by law.
  • The hotel does not accept responsibility for damages caused by negligence.
  • Please make sure to lock your room door when leaving.
  • Lost items should be handed in at the Reception.
  • All guests must comply with fire safety and accident prevention regulations.
  • The misuse of manual fire alarm systems may result in damage claims. The person responsible (or their legal representative) will be held financially liable.

Check-in

  • Guests will receive a coded key card at Reception upon registration.
  • To register, guests must complete the check-in form and present a valid ID.
  • Presenting a personal identification document is a contractual requirement.
  • For stateless persons and non-EU citizens, a stateless ID or passport is required by law.
  • Rooms may be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • In case of early check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge the fee specified in the contract (10,000 HUF).

Hotel Dining

  • The hotel provides breakfast service.
  • Food and drinks purchased outside the hotel may not be consumed in the hotel’s dining areas or shared spaces.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on hotel premises.
  • Please bring your room key card with you to the restaurant and pool bar and show it to the staff when ordering.
  • All food and drink orders are documented by hotel staff.
  • Please sign and approve these order slips for confirmation.
  • All consumption is charged to your room account, which must be settled at Reception before

Check-out

  • On the day of departure, please vacate your room between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and return your key card to the hotel Reception.
  • If a key card is not returned, a 1,000 HUF fee per card will be charged at check-out.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.
  • Guests may stay on the hotel premises after check-out only if the room is not reserved for that day (depending on availability).
  • The total cost of the stay must be paid in full before departure, in the manner specified in the accommodation contract.
  • If payment is refused, the hotel is entitled to retain and apply a lien on the guest’s property brought into the hotel.
  • If the number of guests exceeds the amount confirmed in the reservation, the hotel will charge a surcharge per extra person.
  • Luggage storage is available free of charge for a limited time only and at the guest’s own risk. The hotel assumes no liability for any damage.
  • Cold breakfast packages can be requested for the day of departure, for an additional fee.
  • The Reception’s operating hours may be limited during peak periods, public holidays, or low occupancy.

Housekeeping

  • Rooms are cleaned once daily, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • If a „Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door during this time, cleaning will not be performed.
  • No compensation or refund will be granted in such cases.
  • Placing the „Do Not Disturb” sign is done at the guest’s own responsibility and risk.
  • If, on the day of departure, a „Do Not Disturb” sign remains on the door and the guest does not respond to a phone call, hotel staff may enter the room after 11:00 AM.
  • In emergency situations (e.g., fire, terrorist threat), or when the hotel has reason to believe the guest’s health, safety, or property is at risk, hotel staff may enter the room without prior notice.
  • For environmental reasons, towels are only replaced if placed on the bathroom floor.
  • Bed linen is changed every 3 days for longer stays.
  • Daily linen changes are available upon request for an extra fee.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on hotel premises.
  • The only exception is certified guide dogs for visually impaired guests.

Parking

  • Parking is available depending on the number of free spaces. The hotel is not responsible for damages caused to vehicles parked on-site, including natural causes or contamination.

Wellness Area Use

  • Opening hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Opening hours are subject to change.
  • Sauna access:
  • 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Sauna use is not permitted for children under 12.
  • Children aged 12–16 may use the sauna only under adult supervision.
  • Jacuzzi use:
  • Children under 14 may use the jacuzzi only with adult supervision.

Wi-Fi

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
  • The access code will be provided at check-in at the Reception.
  • The hotel does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Use of the network is at the guest’s own risk and responsibility.
  • The hotel assumes no liability for damages caused by violation of house rules or guest misconduct.
