When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and for an additional fee. Please contact reception in advance.

Payment, Deposit, and Cancellation
Can I pay with a SZÉP Card?
Yes, we accept SZÉP Cards (OTP, K&H, and MBH) both for advance payments and on-site transactions.
What types of bank cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards for payment at the hotel.
Are tourist taxes included in the room rate?
No, the local tourism tax is not included and must be paid separately: HUF 600 / person / night for guests over the age of 18.
Is a deposit required when booking?
Yes, to confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 5 days via bank transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 10 days before arrival are free of charge. In case of cancellation within 10 days or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. For individual or package offers, cancellation terms may differ – please refer to your confirmation email for details.
