These General Terms and Conditions apply to the contractual relationship between

All guests, lessees, and third parties are properly informed about these Terms and Conditions.
Contract Conclusion, Services, Prices, and Payment Terms
The hotel services are provided under the terms and prices valid on the day of contract conclusion, as determined by hotel management.
The hotel reserves the right to unilaterally amend the contractual conditions if the time between contract signing and service delivery is at least 120 days.
Hotel services are only provided for the originally agreed period; any extension requires separate approval under conditions set by the hotel. Costs related to damages or extraordinary cleaning will also be charged.
All option deadlines specified in the contract are binding on both parties. The hotel reserves the right to release reserved rooms or conference spaces to other clients if the option period expires.
If the contracting party is not the actual service user, the contracting party must involve the actual user in the contract to ensure obligation compliance.
Unless otherwise agreed, the total price of all ordered hotel services must be paid in full in advance.
Payment is due immediately without deduction upon invoice issuance. Late payments incur default interest at the current Central Bank base rate + 4%.
In case of overdue debts, the hotel may unilaterally refuse future bookings, even if previously confirmed.
Food and Beverage Consumption at the Hotel
Consumption of self-brought food and drinks in public areas of the hotel is prohibited. Hotel-served breakfast may only be consumed in the breakfast area; food and drinks may not be taken out. Preparation of food in hotel rooms is not permitted.
Room Availability, Hotel Check-In and Check-Out
Guests are not entitled to specific room assignments.
Booked rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the arrival day. Early room occupancy is not permitted; however, a luggage storage room is available free of charge for early arrivals or late departures.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the departure day; otherwise, the hotel may charge HUF 4000 per hour.
The hotel may issue partial invoices during the guest’s stay.
Cancellation policies for group or conference services are governed by individual contracts.
Hotel Liability
The parties agree the hotel is not responsible for items left in public or conference areas.
Liability for luggage and valuables in guest rooms is limited to the extent prescribed by law. The hotel is not responsible for damages caused by negligence.
Liability excludes valuables such as mobile phones, notebooks, jewelry, money, furs, etc., unless entrusted to reception or placed in the room safe.
If guests do not request safekeeping of valuables, the hotel is released from liability.
The hotel must take immediate action to remedy any service issues, and guests are expected to minimize or prevent further damages through reasonable conduct.
The hotel is not liable for damages to vehicles or belongings in the parking area, nor for consequences of improper parking.
In cases of force majeure (war, occupation, riots, strikes, fire, floods, destruction of supply chains, etc.), both parties are released from liability, provided the hotel is directly affected.
Pets at the Hotel
Guests may bring pets only with prior hotel approval and subject to payment terms.
Guests must care for and supervise pets according to regulations.
Guests are responsible for damages caused by pets, including third-party compensation claims. The hotel has full discretion in damage settlements.
Final Provisions
Any deviations from existing contracts must be accepted in writing and formally.
In case of disputes, the arbitration court at the contractually agreed seat — Budapest — shall have jurisdiction.
